What are Graphite Insulation Shapes?
Graphite Insulation Shapes are manufactured and fabricated from our rayon graphite boards. This insulation material is specifically designed for high-temperature vacuum and inert gas furnaces, among other applications. Material is pre-fired / heat-treated to 3992℉ (2200℃) to promote consistent insulation performance, higher purity, and reduced ash content. The material can be purified to ≤ 20ppm if needed and our engineering team will work with you to fabricate exactly what is needed for your application.

Surface & layering Options
Materials such as Graphite Foil, Carbon Fiber Composite (CFC), and GraphiSeal can be used to enhance the perforamnce of our graphite boards and shapes. Foil and CFC can be used on exterior surface(s) or layered internally.
